Our firm offers flat fee services for uncontested family services.  The flat fee packaged services are listed below.  If your case is a contested matter or becomes contested during the course of representation, the firm bills those services at the firm’s hourly rate.

4. Preparing an Agreed Property Settlement
5. Preparing an Agreed Custody Settlement (if applicable)
6. Preparing an Agreed Order of Divorce
7. Attend one hearing to prove up the Divorce

Stepparent Adoption

1. Review of your case
2. Advise and Counsel regarding the adoption
3. Drafting the Affidavit of Voluntary Relinquishment of Parental Rights
4. Filing the Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship and Adoption of Child
5. Arranging for the home study
6. Arranging for an Ad-Litem appointment
7. Obtaining Order of Adoption
8. Attending one hearing confirming the termination of parental rights and adoption

Modification of Parent Child Relationship – Custody or Child Support (Uncontested)

1. Review of your case
2. Advise and Counsel regarding the modification
3. Drafting and Filing the petition
4. Preparing Agreed Modification to Parent Child Relationship Order
