It may become necessary to obtain a guardianship over a loved one because they can no longer make decisions which is in their best interest. Our firm provides a flat fee package listed below. Further, if it is a contested guardianship, our firm can handle this matter for you at the firm’s hourly rate.
Additionally, if you would like to hire the firm to be an attorney ad litem in your case, our firm bills this service at the firm’s hourly rate.
